Examines leadership as a communicative practice within digital environments. Using rhetorical approaches, students will analyze how digital leaders frame issues, cultivate followership, perform values, and mobilize communities across networked spaces. We will study multiple leadership perspectives and apply them to contemporary digital figures to understand how leadership emerges relationally between leaders, followers, and technological systems.
