Topics include ischemic heart Dx, cardiomyopathy/CHF, aortic stenosis, atrial fibrillation, peripheral vascular disease, pediatric ASD.
4 professional hours. Approved for S/U grading only. May be repeated in separate semesters for a total of 12 credit hours with approval from the Student Progress and Promotions Committee. Prerequisite: Restricted to students enrolled in the MD program at Carle Illinois College of Medicine.
