Approved for Letter and S/U grading. May be repeated to a maximum of 12 hours in the same or subsequent terms, if topics vary. Credit is not given for more than a total of 12 hours of Independent Study (IND) courses applying to a degree in ACES.

This course will use the assignments from your current classes to teach executive function strategies that will promote success this semester and throughout the rest of your academic and professional career. You will learn effective strategies to improve difficulty getting started, staying organized, remembering due dates, paying attention, planning projects, managing stress, study skills, and more. lab time will be used to complete course assignments, build social networks, and provide a quiet study space with structured accountability.
