This course will provide an opportunity for students to discuss the most recent literature examining the intersection of environment, conflict, and peacebuilding. We will read and discuss literature on conflict, civil war, peace and peacebuilding, natural resource conflict, and environmental peacebuilding. This course is appropriate for students interested in environmental conflict and environmental peacebuilding, and with at least some familiarity working on these issues. Letter grading.
