Credit: 3 OR 4 hours.
The study of the financial side of entrepreneurial firms, including alternative methods of organization, sources of financing, use of financial statements as a management tool, financial planning, valuation methods, and exit strategies, all from the perspective of an owner, CEO or CFO.
3 undergraduate hours. 3 or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: FIN 300 or consent of instructor.
7-8 sessions in lieu of regular class sessions will be held on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings.
