Study of the economics of personnel with the modern corporation. Topics include hiring, promotion, evaluation, discrimination, raiding, job definition, pay schemes, benefits, and design of work.

Same as EPOL 575 and HRD 534. 4 graduate hours. No professional credit. Prerequisite: LER 593 or equivalent, or consent of instructor.
