Introduction to the fundamental issues in the study of bilingualism as an individual and social phenomenon, with special emphasis on Spanish bilingual communities in the United States, Spain and Latin America. Taught in Spanish.
Prerequisite: SPAN 252 or consent of instructor. May be taken concurrently with SPAN 252.
