Course content will include an overview of human networks (i.e. positions of power, influence, and tie strength), an overview of tools available to analyze social media networks, and application of social media analytics to real life advertising and communications questions.

This fast-paced, hands-on course has students plan, develop and execute an innovative advertising campaign for a real client. Simulates a modern agency experience that requires creative problem solving, design thinking, data literacy and professionalism. Students will be selected by demonstrating relative skill and expertise in research, strategy, creative, media and/or leadership. Registration for this course is based on an application process that will be conducted by the instructor.
