This class builds communication skills for the English language business environment for international students. It includes work on pronunciation deficits, but also units on broader communication topics, including social interaction skills, appropriate business language, interviewing, and presentations. The class incorporates workshops on specific scenarios such as making a sales pitch, delivering an annual report, handling the press, presenting a case study, communicating during a crisis, and communicating in specific contexts such as within technology, entrepreneur or venture capital fairs.

4 graduate hours. No professional credit. Prerequisite: MSTM students.
