Title: Europe and the World in 17th Century. Topic: This course will meet with HIST 545. We will read very recent work in early modern studies, including scholarship on daily life, gender, political thougt,ad European expansion. We will use our reading to discover and develop research topics in all periods and fields. Students in all fields are welcome, as are students from other disciplines.
