Through teaching, scholarship, research and service, HMV will assist students in creating professional multimedia elements and platforms that allow students to talk with and learn from one another, faculty, staff, as well as the community about Inclusivity, Unity and Leadership Development within a Collective. Dr. Janice Collins' "Active Centralized Empowerment" pedagogical approach of self empowerment is the framework used for this class.
