Hip-Hop dance technique will consist of the study and practice of Urban dance forms grounded in hip-hop culture. Students will explore the multiple dimensions of hip-hop dance as they train in the fundamentals of each form, learn its respective historical context, and access ways of incorporating individual ideas and lived experiences into their dancing.

May be repeated in separate terms up to 8 hours.
