TOPIC: Recording Techniques for Music Educators This two-week course is designed to offer music educators information and initial experience required for improving the quality of recordings and/or sound reinforced performances of your ensembles. Topics will include recording/SR equipment, interconnections, compatibility, preferred microphone placements, methods, formats and accessories, and specific vendor source - for a more professional result in representing your choral and/or instrumental ensembles. Individual lab times will also be assigned. FIRST TWO WEEKS ONLY - JUNE 15 THROUGH JUNE 25 This course may be considered as a either a music or music education elective.
