Course is designed to provide students with a well-rounded immersion in the complex issues and constraints involved in the linkages of food/wine production, business management, policy making and the environment. This class explores these linkages and relationships through the lens of California agribusinesses. Important comparisons are made to issues and challenges facing Midwest agribusinesses.
