The objective of the course is for students to gain an understanding of the structure and function of the peripheral and central auditory system from a clinically oriented perspective. Clinically relevant topics on the pathophysiology of the auditory system will be presented.

Prerequisite: SHS 240, SHS 450 or equivalent, or consent of instructor.
