Land Use Planning

Credit: 2 TO 4 hours.

Examination of the legal and administrative aspects of land development and regulation in an urban society, including the techniques and problems of planning; the tools of plan effectuation, such as zoning, subdivision regulation, renewal and redevelopment, and housing programs; and the allocation of decision-making among various levels of government.

2 to 3 professional hours. 2 to 4 graduate hours.
