Students are expected to acquire the ability to apply the concepts and methods of statistical process control, designed experiments, and measurement systems analysis to the cases of quality and productivity improvement. Students will be able to apply the fundamentals of quality engineering and Six Sigma to the areas of product development, service enterprise, and manufacturing processes.
