Credit: 3 OR 4 hours.
Consideration of persons in society exhibiting gifted behavior; who they are, their physical, psychological, social, and educational characteristics, and society's needs and provisions for them. The major portion of the course is devoted to the consideration and evaluation of instructional and administrative adjustments that should be made for the gifted in the educational structure.
3 hours undergraduate and graduate. 4 hours graduate.
