Introduces problems and research relevant to personnel issues in organizations. Topics include: individual differences; selection of personnel; test theory; performance appraisal; equal employment opportunity legislation, regulation, and litigation; assessing bias in selection.

3 undergraduate hours. 3 or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: PSYC 235 or equivalent, and either PSYC 245 or BADM 313.

Enrollment limited to Psychology majors.
