Constitutional Law II

Credit: 3 OR 4 hours.

This elective for second- and third-year law students studies constitutional notions of state action; substantive due process and equal protection; procedural due process; and the congressional power to enforce civil rights. Study of the rights guaranteed by the First Amendment is not part of this course (see LAW 612).

3 professional hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: LAW 606.
