Laboratory course features advanced experiments concerning the fundamental physical nature of chemical phenomena. This course is a continuation of CHEM 445. Typical experiments include dielectric constants of liquids and low-energy electron diffraction from surfaces.

Prerequisite: CHEM 445 or consent of instructor.
