Intro to Human Physiology Lab

Credit: 1 hours.

(PHYSL 104) Laboratory course to accompany MCB 103. Includes weekly 3-hour human and general physiology laboratory exercises.

Enrollment restricted to students in majors REQUIRING a lab course in human physiology. Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in MCB 103.

Animal dissection by students is not required in this course. In some laboratory exercises students may participate in dissection of animal tissues. Some laboratories make use of animal tissues. Alternatives are available. Students interested in alternative exercises should notify the class instructor in writing as early as possible so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
