(Physl 103) Survey of the human body functions and dysfunctions and their underlying molecular, cellular and integrative mechanisms. Offered in two formats: regular (Section B) and self-paced (Section A). In the self-paced format the lecture portion is replaced by intensive readings, quizzes, and exams. The laboratory portion of the course is offered under MCB 104.

Prerequisite: High School chemistry and/or basic biology strongly recommended.
