(LAW 342) Offers an in-depth look at the legal aspects of copyright with special emphasis on the application of traditional copyright principles to new technologies and media of expression
3 professional hours. 4 graduate hours. First-year law students who have taken the Copyright Act section of LAW 608 are not permitted to enroll in this course due to overlapping coverage.
