(EALC 311) Reading and analysis of representative pieces of Chinese fiction from the fourth century B.C. to 1900 with emphasis on the development of Chinese fiction, its place in the literary tradition, and its role in society.
Same as CWL 411. 3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. No knowledge of Chinese is required.
