(ARTPA 141) Introductory course in oil and acrylic painting. Painting is primarily observational. Literal representational content is varied. The processes and fundamentals of the craft of painting are explored, emphasizing the developments of creative pictorial aesthetics.

Prerequisite: Freshman standing in Art and Design.

For Art majors only. Additional Class Materials Charge of $30 Required.
