(MUSIC 353) Emphasizes the interpretation and application of published studies and reports, an overview of traditional research methodologies, sources of research literature, basic statistical procedures, and quantitative and qualitative research terminology.

Prerequisite: Advanced undergraduate or graduate standing in music or music education, or consent or instructor.
