(ANTH 384) Explores the interworking of family system, gender dynamic and demographic process in response to socioeconomic and political changes in contemporary China. Urban-rural differentiation and regional and ethic diversities will be examined. Same as EALC 485. 3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: ANTH 230 or equivalent; ANTH 281.
