Mus Methods in Early Childhood

Credit: 2 hours.

(MUSIC 245) Methods for teaching music to children ages 2 through 8, in preschool and early elementary school settings. Includes some observation in preschool settings. Focus on understanding the role of music in early childhood, developing musical concepts, and organizing appropriate learning experiences. Class Schedual Information: Only early childhood certification students should register for this section.
