(PHYSL 303) Introduction to experimentation with cellular functions common to most eukaryotic cells; emphasis on biochemical, radioactive tracer, electrical, and mechanical recording techniques.
2 undergraduate hours, or 1 graduate hour. Prerequisite: Credit or concurrent registration in MCB 401.
Some animal dissection and the use of animal tisues are required in this course. Alternatives are not available. Inquiries concerning the use of or the dissection of animal tissues can be directed to the Instructor or Head of the Department. Students should register for the lecture and one laboratory section. Senior Physiology and Bioengineering students will be given priority on waiting lists.
