A key component of the course is the mentorship project, where students will connect with a professional "near-peer" mentor to gain real-world insights into leadership and career growth. These meetings will be coordinated by the student and the mentor at a few points throughout the course. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with practical strategies to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and develop as leaders in their professional environments.
