Structure and Function II
Credit: 9 hours.
Teaches gross anatomy of the thoracic and abdominal cavity of the dog, cat, horse, ox, sheep, goat and pig; histology and physiology of the cardiovascular, respiratory and gastrointestinal systems; neurobiology of the autonomic system and pain; and clinical correlations between these subjects and the clinical experiences of VM 601.
9 professional hours. Prerequisite: VCM 602 and good-standing in the veterinary professional curriculum or consent of instructor.
