This course, designed to complement a concurrent internship, focuses on cultivating essential workplace writing, communication, and professionalization skills to support students’ professional growth and career readiness. Through activities and assignments, students will learn to set and achieve developmental goals, craft effective workplace communications, propose projects, provide meaningful updates, and present progress with confidence. Emphasizing proactive strategies and customized approaches, this course prepares students to excel in professional environments by enhancing their ability to adapt, articulate ideas, and contribute effectively to workplace success. This course is open to bachelor’s degree seeking students who have secured an internship. This course must be completed in the term in which the professional experience is completed.
