Applied Marketing for RST Organizations

An exploration of advanced theories and applications of service marketing and communication to build competitive advantage in recreation, sport, and tourism. Students learn principles, techniques, and current issues through a customer-focused framework, emphasizing positioning, brand development, service quality, and customer retention. By integrating theory with practical strategies such as sponsorship, community engagement, and relationship marketing, the course prepares students to excel as marketing leaders in the dynamic, competitive recreation, sport and tourism industries.
