Please note that Independent Study courses do not count towards the Economics classes required for the Econ major, nor are they a part of the Econ major GPA.

There will be at least a one-hour meeting a week, in-person, at a time to be announced, and it is expected 4 hours of work apart from meeting time. Participation and a final presentation will be part of the work. REQUIRED PREREQUISITES: Econ 203 and practical experience with R or Python.
