Leaders must be adept communicators who can speak across contexts to diverse audiences. Taking a communication perspective, we ask and answer the question, what do ethical, effective leaders say and do? We explore different theories of leadership and followership, examine the role of communication in creating and sustaining leadership, and develop practical skills of leadership and followership through experiential learning projects.
