Supervised experience in a field directly pertaining to a subject matter related to Sustainability in Food and Envrionmental Systems. Students are required to complete a Memorandum of Agreement prior to enrolling in this course.
Approved for both Letter and S/U grading. May be repeated in separate terms to a maximum of 6 hours if topics vary.
