Students must have an internship lined up before requesting permission for this course and must submit a report to the instructor at the end of the term. International students should request permission by completing the CPT e-form from ISSS, selecting the ASRM 398 instructor as advisor. Then if ISSS approves the CPT, email both the instructor and ASRM-advising@illinois.edu with 9-digit UIN and ASRM 398 request. Those without a student visa may contact the instructor directly. Students enrolling only in this zero-credit course should check here for tuition & fee information: https://registrar.illinois.edu/tuition-fees/tuition-fee-rates/zero-credit-internships-ay/ Beginning summer 2014, the University Board of Trustees approved a new program intended to reduce the cost for undergraduate students who participate in full-time internships during a semester but earn no academic credit.
