Introduction to Classical Japanese

SHOW FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Credit: 3 OR 4 hours.

Introduction to the grammar, morphology, vocabulary, and style of classical Japanese language as found in premodern Japanese literary and historical writings.

3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Three years of modern Japanese language or equivalent.
