Study of the evolution of phenotypic traits and genetics of natural populations, stressing empirical observations and experiments. Emphasis on recent theories of genotype/environmental interactions and their relationship to evolutionary processes. Offered in alternate years.
3 undergraduate hours. 3 graduate hours. Prerequisite: IB 204; or consent of instructor.
