This course explores the emerging field of transgender literature and cultural production across a range of forms and genres, from memoir (a staple of trans lit) to novels, shorts stories, and poetry, as well as films, comics, art, video games, and more to understand the diverse range of approaches to trans world making within contemporary literary and cultural production.
