Presents an overview and analysis of neurodiversity as a framework for understanding neurological differences. Explores the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, with attention to identity, strengths, and systemic barriers. Emphasis is placed on strengths-based counseling approaches, ethical and culturally responsive practice, and advocacy across clinical, educational, and community settings. **Elective course for Clinical/Community and Diversity Science Concentrations.**
