Students will develop the skills to select appropriate tooling, fixturing methods, spindle speeds, and feed rates for various applications and part metallurgy. Students will also turn a test part within specified tolerances. This course is designed, in part, to help engineers understand manufacturability and processes involved in realizing their designs. Times arranged with the instructor: select two days from M,Tu,W,Th,F at 12:15-2:45pm or 3:15 to 5:45pm for three weeks. This will be held in the Engineering Senior Design Lab.
