Students in this course will apply needs assessment theory to identify and determine how to fill in the gaps between an organization's current and desired state. The learners in teams will outline, improve, or prioritize resources to meet the organization’s goals toward a solution to a real problem. Note: Additional time outside of class is required, including a potential site visit with a collaborating organization.
