Culturally Responsive Practices in Communication Sciences & Disorders
Credit: 2 hours.
Focuses on language difference, the role of culture and language on personal identity, and strategies needed for assessment and intervention with linguistically diverse populations. Students will be introduced to strategies for assessing, intervening, and collaborating with people from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
2 graduate hours. No professional credit.
