SHOW FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Skills and knowledge essential for leisure-time activities which are classified as developmental activities. Prerequisites and descriptions for each developmental activity are provided in the Class Schedule. More than one activity (Sections A through Z) may be taken in the same term.

Additional fees may apply. See Class Schedule. May be repeated to a maximum of 2 hours.

There will be a fee assessed for use of Campus Recreation equipment.

This course makes use of weekly, group physical activity to emphasize the benefits of movement for wellness. This course aims to 1) encourage weekly physical activity engagement; 2) enhance understanding of types of movement that optimizes well-being; and 3) broadly introduce concepts related to movement science.
