Subatomic Physics

SHOW FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Credit: 4 hours.

The nature and properties of nuclei and elementary particles, symmetries, interactions, nuclear models, tools and techniques of experimental subatomic physics, and applications to power generation, astrophysics, chemistry, medicine, and biology.

4 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: PHYS 485 or PHYS 486.
