Advanced ensemble dedicated to the performance of contemporary and experimental music, from the masterworks of the 20th century to cutting-edge new compositions of today. Completion of course involves, in addition to the regular schedule of rehearsals, participation in public performances by the ensemble.
1 undergraduate hour. 1 graduate hour. May be repeated in separate terms. Prerequisite: Audition required and/or consent of instructor; consent of applied teacher.
