Wolof Special Topics in Modern Senegambian Cultures This course explores Senegambia's rich and vibrant cultures in today's world. The course materials will include a detailed analysis of selected excerpts from novels, music, and classic and contemporary films and will cover a range of contemporary issues such as youth and social movements, migration, and urban cultures. The course's primary focus is to explore and understand cultural issues in West Africa while developing oral and writing skills. Prerequisite: WLOF 406
