Throughout the semester, students examine the material, social, and intellectual infrastructures behind global warming from a wide range of geographies, time periods, and humanistic and scientific disciplines. Students will also choose one aspect of this planetary crisis to examine in detail and formulate their own humanistic response in the form of a research paper or some other approved format.
